Step 5: Authenticate the Withdrawal
Next, you’ll be asked to confirm the withdrawal with your transaction PIN.
If you already have a PIN, just enter it and proceed.
If you don’t, we’ll send you an OTP (One-Time Password) to your registered email. Enter the OTP, then create your preferred PIN to complete the authentication process.
Step 6: Get Your Confirmation
Once the authentication is successful, a success notification will appear on your screen. This is confirmation that your withdrawal has been processed, and the funds are on their way to your settlement bank account.
If you really need to update your settlement account, simply send an email to support@veendhq.com, and our team will assist you securely.

Didn’t receive your OTP? Check your spam or junk folder, just in case.
Forgot your PIN? Use the “Forgot PIN” option in-app or contact support for help.
Withdrawal delay? If your balance reduces but you don’t see the money yet, reach out to support@veendhq.com with your merchant ID and the transaction details.
