How do I Withdraw My Money as A Merchant

As a merchant on Vida, getting your money out of your account is designed to be simple, secure, and stress-free. Once your customers make payments, your funds sit safely in your merchant account until you are ready to move them to your settlement bank account.

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how the withdrawal process works.

Step 1: Log in to your Merchant Account

Start by visiting app.askvida.ai and logging in with your details. Once signed in, you’ll land on your dashboard, where you can see your available balance.

Step 2: Initiate a Withdrawal

On your dashboard, right next to your account balance, you’ll see the Withdraw button. Clicking this button will open a withdrawal window where you can proceed with the process.

Step 3: Enter the Amount You Want to Withdraw

A pop-up modal will appear, prompting you to input the amount you wish to transfer. Simply type in the amount, double-check that it’s correct, and continue.


Step 4: Confirm Your Settlement Account

For security reasons, your withdrawal can only go into the settlement account you provided when you created your merchant profile. These details are locked and cannot be edited within the app.

Step 5: Authenticate the Withdrawal


Next, you’ll be asked to confirm the withdrawal with your transaction PIN.

  • If you already have a PIN, just enter it and proceed.

  • If you don’t, we’ll send you an OTP (One-Time Password) to your registered email. Enter the OTP, then create your preferred PIN to complete the authentication process.



Step 6: Get Your Confirmation

Once the authentication is successful, a success notification will appear on your screen. This is confirmation that your withdrawal has been processed, and the funds are on their way to your settlement bank account.


If you really need to update your settlement account, simply send an email to support@veendhq.com, and our team will assist you securely.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Didn’t receive your OTP? Check your spam or junk folder, just in case.

  • Forgot your PIN? Use the “Forgot PIN” option in-app or contact support for help.

  • Withdrawal delay? If your balance reduces but you don’t see the money yet, reach out to support@veendhq.com with your merchant ID and the transaction details.
