To upload your goods and make them BNPL-eligible, you’ll first need to be onboarded as a VIDA merchant.
Steps:
Reach out to us via mail to support@veendhq.com, vida@veendq.com or call our support line at 02013306 078. Our support team is available Monday to Friday, from 8.30 am to 5 pm.
Our team will walk you through the onboarding process.
Once your account is set up, you’ll be able to list your products and make them available for BNPL customers.
Merchant onboarding is done directly with VIDA’s support team to ensure a smooth setup.
