Follow the steps below carefully to complete your loan application successfully:

STEP1: Dial the USSD Code

Using the phone number linked to your salary account, dial:*347*780#

STEP 2: Enter Your BVN

When prompted, enter your Bank Verification Number (BVN).

• If you do not know your BVN, dial *565*0# to check it.
  
  

• After retrieving your BVN, dial *347*780# again to restart the loan application.
  
  

STEP 3: Enter Your Salary Phone Number

Input the phone number connected to your salary account.

STEP 4: Enter the First Three Letters of Your Bank’s Name

Type the first three letters of your bank’s name.

Examples:

• First Bank of Nigeria – Enter FIR
  
  

• Access Bank – Enter ACC
  
  

• United Bank for Africa – Enter UNI
  
  

STEP 5: Select Your Bank

A list of banks will appear. Select your correct bank from the options provided.

STEP 6: Accept the Terms

Click on “Accept” to proceed.

STEP 7: Enter Your IPPIS Number

• If you are a Federal Government worker, enter your IPPIS number.
  
  

• If you are not a Federal Government worker, simply enter 0 to continue.
  
  

STEP 8: Select a Loan Offer
