Managing Loan Repayments

We have a straightforward process to help you meet your loan obligations promptly.

Repayment Options:

• Deduction from Salary:
  Loan repayments are automatically deducted from your salary each month. Once your salary is received, the agreed repayment amount is deducted first, and the remaining balance is then disbursed to you.

• Manual Repayment:
  If Veend is unable to process the monthly deduction from your salary, you can manually repay the loan. Payments can be made to Veend’s account via a personalized link (e.g., Veendhq/name), enabling quick and easy transfers of the outstanding loan amount. This method is straightforward and customer-friendly.

• Paystack Direct Debit:
  As a final repayment option, Paystack direct debit is triggered if salary deductions are not processed and manual repayment has not been completed. An automatic deduction schedule is set up via Paystack, with repayments made according to the agreed loan amount and tenure.

After sending the full principal and interest on the loan, please send proof of payment via email to support@veendhq.com or through our WhatsApp portal-07035394410 for payment confirmation.
