What is a Remita Loan?

A Remita loan is a salary-backed loan offered to individuals whose salaries are paid through the Remita platform. It is available for state government employees, as well as other workers on the Remita payroll system. Repayment is usually automated through salary deductions.


How can I repay my loan as a Remita customer in Veend?

To repay your Remita loan on Veend, visit the repayment link provided on the platform. Enter your details and generate a unique account number. Make a transfer to the generated account and send proof of payment to the Veend team. The team will verify and process your repayment, then update your loan record and close the mandate to prevent further deductions.

STEP 2 : Customer enters their salary phone number 

  

STEP 3: Customer enters their OTP 


STEP 4: The customer is directed to choose a lender to make his repayment 



STEP 5: The customer is shown their outstanding loan repayment history.


STEP 6: Customer clicks on "pay now" for the installment pending, and system shows the customer the account details.


STEP 7: The customer makes a transfer, and then clicks on "I have sent the money", and the system checks for the money



STEP 8: The customer receives a message saying that the loan repayment has been received.
