What should I do if my payment is not updated as an IPPIS customer?

If your IPPIS loan repayment is not updated, you should contact 02013306078 & our email address support@veendhq.com  and provide details of your payment or deduction. 

The team will check internal deduction records and confirm whether IPPIS has reported the payment. If necessary, the team will follow up with IPPIS. Kindly note that it takes an average of 60 days for IPPIS deductions to be processed and remitted to our bank account. 

It is important to note that delays in updates are usually due to IPPIS not yet updating their system, not an issue from Veend.
