There are a few reasons for the deactivation of a team member, the most typical being when the team member leaves the team. In order to protect the integrity of the business information, deactivating a team member will restrict the employees' access to business information.
Follow the steps below
- Login to the dashboard
- Click on Payroll
- Click on employees
- Select the employee and click on the option icon
- Select View Detail
- Select Deactivate at the bottom of the page
- Confirm your choice and the employee will be deactivated from the dashboard.

STEP 1: Log in to the dashboard
STEP 2: Select settings
STEP 3: Click on user management
STEP 4: Select the team member’s name
STEP 5: Click on the options
STEP 6: Select delete
