How to Deactivate a Team member's account.

There are a few reasons for the deactivation of a team member, the most typical being when the team member leaves the team. In order to protect the integrity of the business information, deactivating a team member will restrict the employees' access to business information.

Follow the steps below


  • Login to the dashboard
  • Click on Payroll
  • Click on employees
  • Select the employee and click on the option icon
  • Select View Detail
  • Select Deactivate at the bottom of the page
  • Confirm your choice and the employee will be deactivated from the dashboard.

To deactivate a team member follow the steps below

STEP 1: Log in to the dashboard

STEP 2: Select settings

STEP 3: Click on user management

STEP 4: Select the team member’s name

STEP 5: Click on the options

STEP 6: Select delete
