STEPS TO FOLLOW
STEP 1: Records are updated once payment is received through Remita. It takes 48 hours for a loan repayment to be updated on our system after Remita has made a deduction.
STEP2: If after 48 hours your repayment is not updated kindly share evidence showing the repayment. You can request this report from Remita via support@remita.net
STEP3: You can use the same report to dispute your outstanding balance in a case of over-deduction. With the report, you can send an email to support@veendhq.com
