How can I claim a loan request?

Once a customer submits a loan request, all eligible lenders on the Vida platform are notified and can view the offer simultaneously. A lender has up to 30 minutes to claim and process the customer’s loan request. Once a lender claims the request, it becomes unavailable to other lenders to prevent duplication.

Steps on how to Claim a loan request.

STEP 1: Lender creates an account or login

STEP 2: Select  Loan request

STEP 3: Lender clicks on customer's eligibility and decides if he wants to claim the request, because if he delays, another lender can claim that request.

STEP 4:  Lender clicks on claim loan request, there's a notice informing the lender of the 30 mins countdown.

STEP 5:  When it is claimed, the countdown begins

STEP 6:The  Lender has to send the customer a loan offer  within 30 minutes else the customer’s request would be sent back to the pool.

Step 7: Lender enters the offer he wants to give the customer via a modal that comes up, and then sends it for customer's approval.

Step 8: Lender navigates to customer's payment to check for customer's response to offer.
